SBARC Third Thursday (Open House and On Air Night)
Your Chance to Find out More About the Hobby of Amateur Radio
The South Bristol Amateur Radio Club meet on the First and Third Thursday’s of the month in the upstairs rooms of the Novers Park Community Association from 19:30 – 22:00 or thereabouts. Activities and events usually commence at 20:00 and we welcome members and non-members, licensed or unlicensed alike.
The Third Thursday is an unscripted evening, we will usually get the Club equipment out but can just as easily utilise members equipment if they just want to test or demonstrate something. As there are no formal plans we have time to chat about almost anything and welcome anyone who wants to find out more about the hobby, so please feel free to drop by and have a chat; we are always interested in recruiting like-minded new members.
