#ISS #SSTV Series 31

Despite problems with the Service Module Radio which led to the untimely cancellation of Series 30 from the ISS, ARISS have determined that UHF 70cm operations remain viable despite not being able to diagnose, as far as we are aware, the cause of the problems on 2m. So, in a departure from the norm, Series 31 will be Robot 36 via UHF. Have fun but watch out for that Doppler Shift!

ARISS had to postpone the original plans for Series 30, which was originally intended to coincide with the Scouts JOTA/JOTI weekend due to EVA’s and other operational requirments on the ISS. New dates for this event have now been confirmed, read this post for more information.

Details on this period seem to be sparse and slightly contradictory but it is believed that ARISS RUSSIA have a short #SSTV activity period running from 12:00UTC on 05/05/2025 possibly through to 12/05/2025. In case this is true we have prepared our usual pass predictions for the SBARC Clubhouse
